Return Policy
In the unlikely event of the need to return any item, please follow the following guidelines:
- You may return your unused, unworn merchandise for a refund of the merchandise only (we do not reimburse for shipping) within 3 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You must request an RMA number (Return Authorization Number) in order to ship this back, again within 3 days of receipt. If you send this back without contacting us via email and getting an RMA number first, we will refuse to accept the package from you and it will be shipped back to you automatically and there will be no refund.
- Email your need for an RMA number immediately and we will send you back one via email, thus shipping it back to us immediately through USPS Priority Mail Insured only
- The RMA number must be visible on the outside of your package and please enclose a copy of your order that is automatically emailed to you once you place the order.
- SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
